They previously had their crawl space encapsulated with CleanSpace moisture barrier but were ready to put their home on the market and they knew they needed a few more repairs. The floors in the home were sagging, so they called Lowcountry Foundation Repair and scheduled another free inspection.

We sent an inspector to Midway to inspect where the floors were sagging. After inspecting the crawl space, he suggested they have SmartJacks installed to lift the settling floor joists. SmartJacks are a galvanized steel column support that lifts sagging floor joists.
