Not being able to rent the apartments closest to the sinking area, causing a loss in income, they researched online and called the experts at Lowcountry Foundation Repair to come and look at their foundation issues.
A combination of slab piers, a below-ground galvanized steel solution installed through the garage floors and helical piers, steel piers screwed into the ground around the perimeter of the building, were used to raise the foundation back to level. The combined system is designed to potentially lift slabs and any non-load bearing partition walls that may have settled along with the slab. It did for these building owners, and their building was bought level again. Now the apartments can be rented again!
