Our foundation pier system was used to lift this settling home in Macon, GA. Steel piers are driven deep into the soil beneath the house. This transfers the weight of the home to the stable soil. Effectively lifting the settled foundation and stabilizing it against further movement.

SmartJacks are galvanized steel crawl space support columns that are capable of support 60,000 pounds each. The piers were installed beneath the footer of the home, where the weight of the foundation could be transferred to stop the house from settling. The piers were hydraulically lifted, lifting the foundation wall, closing the gap between the cracks permanently.
