Our team installed Helical piers to support the area and attempt a lift to level the area of settlement. The homeowner also used our crawl space repair services to have their crawl space encapsulated to provide moisture protection.

This Catholic Church in Savannah, GA was experiencing extensive cracking in its stone walls. After calling Lowcountry Foundation Repair, our team installed a SmartJack support system complete with galvanized steel to keep the crawlspace supported and leveled. Note that in the after image of the SmartJacks, our team was in the process of installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation system to control the moisture levels in the space. The brown layer on the ground is the drainage matting layer of our encapsulation system. A CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed next over this layer.
