Note that in the after image of the SmartJacks, our team was in the process of installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation system to control the moisture levels in the space. The brown layer on the ground is the drainage matting layer of our encapsulation system. A CleanSpace vapor barrier is installed next over this layer.
