This Savannah, GA homeowner was a previous customer of  Lowcountry Foundation Repair in 2014. They were so happy with the results from their previous problem, that they wanted us to come back out to install more SmartJacks under their crawl space!

The inspector recommended installing a combination of SmartJacks and supplemental PowerBrace beams to solve their problems. SmartJacks can support loads up to 60,000-pounds, and are custom cut to size. The steel SmartJack’s and beams were installed under the joists in the crawl space, lifting the subfloor, alleviating the sagging and bouncing floors and closing the cracks that had appeared in her walls.
