Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawl space in Saint Helena Island, SC had issues with humidity starting to cause damage to the foundation. Our team was able to help protect the home from moisture by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation.

To prevent moisture from leaking into this crawl space, we completely encapsulated it using our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. 

This customer's rotted out crawl space door was replaced with an EverLast Crawl Space Door that is airtight and made of high-quality materials that will never rot or corrode. 

Our office was contacted by the homeowner of this Fripp Island rental property about a sagging kitchen floor. Although the house sits on a crawl space foundation, the homeowners weren't sure what caused the problem. In assessing the property and the sagging floor, our team discovered the support posts had sunk into the dirt ground directly above the kitchen. This caused the floor to sag and be uneven. To permanently lift, left, and stabilize the kitchen floor, we installed our SmartJack Support Post System. The SmartJack system is made up of steel posts that lift and support the floor, restoring the sagging and uneven surface. The SmartJack system is designed to LAST, providing a permanent fix to the homeowners' sagging kitchen floor.
