This home with a crawl space foundation in Savannah, GA was sagging due to a combination of a moisture issue weakening the wood supporting the home and insufficient crawl space support posts. Our team solved the issue by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation to solve the moisture issue and a SmartJack Support System to supplementally support the floor.

Moisture was a problem for this customers crawl space. To ensure outside elements don't leak in, we sealed the space and installed a new EverLast Crawl Space Door. 

To seal and preserve this customers crawl space, we installed out CleanSpace Vapor Barrier liner. With its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface. 

This homeowner was experiencing high humidity levels that were wreaking havoc on their hardwood floors. We were able to help them get their moisture issues under control with our Cleanspace Encapsulation System.

This Savannah, GA homeowner contacted Lowcountry Foundation Repair when he became concerned about the amount of water that was underneath his crawl space after a storm. We scheduled him for a free appointment with one of our inspectors. 

Our inspector, Brian Townsel, carefully took notes and images of the crawl space to show the homeowner. He suggested that the crawl space should be encapsulated with our CleanSpace, a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels. We also installed our SaniDry Sedona, a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.
