Moisture in this crawl space weakened the joists that support the floor above. This caused the floor to slope and sag. To reinforce the joists and lift the floor back to level, we installed out SmartJack Support System! 

After noticing their crawl space sump pump was no longer working, causing the area to fall victim to water damage, we installed our EZ-Flow drainage system paired with a TripleSafe Sump Pump for ultimate protection against water intrusion. 

We installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier system in the crawl space to prevent moisture intrusion, eliminate musty odors, and protect the wood from further damage, ensuring a healthier and more durable environment.

The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed in the crawl space for humidity and moisture control. It will help by reducing humidity levels, preventing mold growth, and improving air quality, thereby protecting the structural integrity of the crawl space and enhancing the overall indoor environment.
