Mike and Michele F. of Savannah, GA recently purchased a home they wanted to remodel. Savings on heating and cooling costs was a priority to the new homeowners, so Mike went online and researched remodeling tips and tricks. He came across Lowcountryfoundationrepair.com and read about the encapsulation process for crawl spaces which help keep energy costs low. Mike called for a free estimate.
An inspector visited the home and thoroughly evaluated the crawl space and the home above. Mike noted his floors were cold and figured the encapsulation would help with that. The inspector confirmed Mike was correct. A custom solution was put in place for Mike and Michele to seal their crawl space. Over 2,600 square feet of CleanSpace liner was installed as part of the Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation System, and SilverGlo rigid foam insulation completed the project. Mike and Michele were thrilled with the results and their next electricity bill!
