The concrete looks better than I was expecting initially. Your persistence and can do will do attitude after your equipment broke impressed me. I can tell that you really love what you do. Everyone should be blessed with a job like that. Russell and Rory also expressed their desire to provide good customer service. I never had a crew who worked together as well as you guys to complete the job on time as promised. There was no lost motion except when I had a question and each of you answered so that I could understand. Thanks again for a job well done.

I just want drop you a note of thanks and tell you a little story. A couple of weeks ago, I heard what sounded like running water in the bathrooms. I checked all outside faucets and they were turned off. This continued for several days, with the noise getting louder. I decided to check the outside faucets again, and I heard the pump go off under the house. I opened the door to see about 3" of water and a spraying pipe under the house. I called a plumber and told him I had a busted pipe under the house. He came and started putting on muddy boots and coveralls. I told him he would have to take those boots off and he said “No way, that has to be a muddy mess under there”. He took the door off and he couldn't believe it. He said it was plumber's dream. So you not only took care of our mold, mildew, termite and water problem, you created a plumbers dream. By the way, after he fixed the leak, all the water was gone in less than a half of day and he did take those muddy boots off.

Due to limited crawl space, this was difficult work. However, they did an excellent job and completed the work on time and with no change orders. I would strongly recommend Lowcountry Basement Systems should we need similar work to be performed in the future.

The Sea Island home we remodeled was experiencing significant crawl space moisture problems which resulted in elevated levels of mold and wood rot. The elevated moisture levels also caused musty odor problems in the home. The system your Company installed included drain tile, sump pumps, CleanSpace liner, and dehumidifiers. After the system was installed the humidity levels have remained below 55% RH, and the musty odors have subsided. The home also had water intrusion issues which the sump systems have eliminated. We were experiencing flooring and moisture problems with a new home we had completed on St Simons Island. Installation of CleanSpace on the home eliminated condensation with the HVAC duct system which was causing the problem. Once the system was completed, moisture levels in the crawl space dropped below 50% RH and the cupping of the oak floors quickly subsided.
