The floors in this Inwinton, GA home had settled in some areas, creating some cracking on the ceiling. Our team at Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed a SmartJack Support System to lift and support the floors back into place, shrinking the ceiling cracks as well.

Wilbur, H of Raffin, SC had a wet, dirty crawl space that he had been dealing with for a while. He tried to dry out the crawl space by installing a crawl space fan. The fan blew warm humid air in the cool crawl space only making things worse. He paid a pest control company to put plastic down but it didn't last. 

Lowcountry Basement Systems was able to fix the wet, nasty crawl space for Wilbur by installing a Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation System. 

This homeowner was interested in decreasing the humidity in their crawlspace. They were noticing small pools of water and gross smells permeating the home from the crawlspace. They called us at Lowcountry Foundation Repair and we sent a team out to install a  CleanSpace Encapsulation, complete with sump pump and dehumidifier. Additionally, the floor was unsupported in one area, so SmartJacks were installed to stabilize the floor.

This home had failing support in the crawl space and the wood was starting to rot from the high humidity levels. Our team at Lowcountry Foundation Repair was sent out to install SmartJacks to stabilize the floor. A CleanSpace Encapsulation was also installed to control the damaging levels of humidity in the space.

Robin R. of Musella, GA had a flooring problem. The piers under her home weren’t supporting the joists like they did when the home was built: the piers were sinking into the ground, causing the floors in the home to sink. Robin could tell something wasn’t right with floor. It felt soft, she said.

After doing some research online, she came across Lowcountry Foundation Repair's website and decided to call for help. We were able to stabilize Robin’s floor with crawl space support piers, called SmartJacks.

Robin needed five SmartJacks to fix the sinking floor. The work was completed in one day and she was thrilled to walk on solid floors once more.
