To stabilize and lift the sinking floors five SmartJacks and four PowerBrace beams were installed in the crawl space. SmartJacks are galvanized steel crawl space support columns that are capable of support 60,000 pounds each. The project took one for the Lowcountry Foundation Repair team to complete, and the results were immediately noticed by Randy when he walked in his home. He was thrilled with the results!

Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed a Push Pier System, consisting of three push piers. The piers were installed beneath the footer of the home, where the weight of the foundation could be transferred to stop the house from settling. The piers were hydraulically lifted, lifting the foundation wall, closing the gap between the cracks permanently.

Lowcountry Foundation Repair fixed the sinking and settling foundation with a Push Pier System. Six push piers were installed along the sinking wall. After the installation was complete the weight of the house was transferred from the shifting soils to the push pier system, supported by load bearing strata.
