In the before photo, you can see a crawl space in Musella, GA, struggling with moisture and musty odors. This homeowner was experiencing an alarming smell coming from their crawl space and it got worst as the day heated up. Upon inspection, our design specialist found an abundant amount of mold growth under the floors. We used Soda Blasting on the wood to killing the mold and made it new again!

This home in Oglethorpe, GA had severe moisture issues affecting the wood joists and subfloor of the home, leaving the floor unlevel. The homeowners had called an HVAC tech out for maintenance and the tech mentioned to them that there was condensation dripping off of the AC ducts in the crawl space. This is an indication that the air in the crawlspace is dangerously humid, which can cause mold and rot.
