The inspector found that the floors in the home were rotten and there were settling piers causing the floor to be unlevel. A Macon, GA homeowner detected noticeable sinking in two rooms, leading to visible gaps between the baseboard and the floor. Seeking a remedy, they enlisted our expertise. After a thorough assessment, our team recommended and subsequently installed slab piers. Keeping this customers crawl space dry was the objective. To do this, our team installed our CleanSpace Drainage Matting throughout the dirt crawl space floor. The matting is designed to effectively channel water away from the dirt floor and direct it towards the sump system. This will prevent water from accumulating and causing moisture issues like mold growth.
