Lowcountry Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This home had a sinking foundation with gaps between the floor and the wall. The homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a solution and our inspector came out for a free inspection and estimate to fix the issue. The solution the homeowner decided on was to use our slab pier system, lifting and stabilizing the foundation. The homeowner was very happy with the results.

This homeowner noticed some doors on the interior of the home had issues opening & closing. There were also some cracks forming on the exterior of the home. They called us at Lowcountry Foundation Repair and we sent our team out to install a pier system to level the foundation.

A homeowner in Port Wentworth was concerned about their driveway due to the fact that it was sinking from washout underneath. After filling the void with Polylevel two part foam, the driveway is supported and not in jeopardy of breaking any longer. 

Falling insulation can cause other problems besides cluttering up your crawl space. In these pictures you can see that the insulation actually pulled down a junction box creating a fire and electrical hazard. Also note the white powder on the joists. Yep you guessed it, that's mold! We were able to correct the problems through insulation removal and the installation of a CleanSpace System.
