Lowcountry Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Cheryl W. of Gray, GA called Lowcountry Foundation Repair after seeing a commercial on tv for crawl space repair. Cheryl’s floors were buckling and had become unlevel. Lowcountry Foundation Repair encapsulated the crawl space to remove moisture and reduce humidity. Then a SmartJack System was installed to properly support the floors. After two weeks, the floors began to return to their prior shape.

Jonathan F. of Gray, GA had a very tall, very damp crawl space. He wanted to prevent mold and eventually turn his area into a finished basement where he could store some of his items safely and not worried about them getting damaged from the moisture. Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed a Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation System to reduce the humidity and remove the moisture, making the crawl space a safe area to store household items. The project took three days to complete. When it was done Jonathan was thrilled with the results and happy to use the new found space.

Jack and Debbie L. of Gray, GA had a moisture problem in their crawl space. There were signs of mold on the wooden joists under the home and the crawl space vents were open, allowing warm humid air into the cool crawl space area, causing condensation under the home. Our inspector came out and did a thorough inspection of the sinking areas, checking their crawlspace and exterior foundation for sinking, and wrote up a complete solution to fix the issue. This solution included our SmartJack System, which supports the home from underneath in the crawlspace. They were very pleased with the support the SmartJacks provided to their home.
