Our office was contacted by the homeowner of this Fripp Island rental property about a sagging kitchen floor. Although the house sits on a crawl space foundation, the homeowners weren't sure what caused the problem. In assessing the property and the sagging floor, our team discovered the support posts had sunk into the dirt ground directly above the kitchen. This caused the floor to sag and be uneven. To permanently lift, left, and stabilize the kitchen floor, we installed our SmartJack Support Post System.
