We installed our EverLast crawl space door to provide a durable, energy-efficient, and aesthetically pleasing solution for accessing and sealing the crawl space. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier system will seal this damp crawl space by creating an airtight barrier that prevents moisture from entering. The heavy-duty, 20-mil thick polyethylene liner is installed on the walls and floor, effectively blocking moisture and reducing humidity levels. This system also helps to prevent mold growth, wood rot, and pest infestations, ensuring a healthier and more energy-efficient home.

We installed a SaniDry Sedona in the humid and moist crawl space to effectively control moisture levels, prevent mold growth, and improve air quality, ensuring a healthier and more comfortable space and home. 

A vented crawl space can cause high humidity levels due to the influx of warm, moist air from outside. This air cools as it enters the crawl space, leading to increased humidity. Our team installed the SaniDry Sedona, a powerful dehumidifier, to eliminate this issue. The SaniDry Sedona works by drawing in moist air, removing the excess moisture, and then circulating dry air back into the crawl space, maintaining optimal humidity levels.
