Rain causes this customer's wall/floor joint to leak, causing the basement to flood. A shopvac and fan system was used to dry the basement for over 10 years. Their goal was to find a solution that would prevent water intrusion and ensure their basement would remain dry the next time it rains. We installed our DryTrak Drain Pipe System to collect water at the wall/floor joint and drain it out of the home through a discharge line.

A damp and moist crawl space led to the water damage of this customers subfloor in Vidalia, GA. The customer needed to find a reputable contractor to repair the damage and restore the subfloor. They chose us for the job because of our reputation for quality work and excellent customer service. We quickly responded and began the process of restoring the subfloor.

A homeowner had a concern of their chimney separating from the home as a crack was very noticeable from the outside. A helical pier was installed on each side of the chimney to stabilize it from any further settlement.  

Cracks in the porch can indicate settlement issues, as they often result from uneven shifting or sinking of the foundation. To address this, we installed piers to stabilize and support the structure, preventing further movement and restoring its integrity.
