Due to damages caused by a tornado, this home's foundation had shifted, causing settlement in areas around the home. There were cracks that had appeared not long after the tornado had passed. Upon inspection, one of our system design specialists discovered multiple joists had snapped or cracked. The concrete block piers located near the broken joists were badly constructed, crooked, and had also settled over time. We sent a team out to install new joists and SmartJacks to lift and support the home.
