This 100-year-old home had deteriorating pillars and a kitchen floor with a hump in it. The homeowner called us at Lowcountry Foundation Repair and we were able to install SmartJacks to lift the floor back into place and add reliable support supplementally in the problem areas.

A homeowner in Dudley, Ga was experiencing water intrusion on the perimeter of their crawlspace. A SuperSump sump pump system and a perimeter EZ-flow system was installed to contain water intrusion in the crawlspace.

This home in Dublin, GA was experiencing foundation settlement, with stair-step cracks in the brick, wall separation, and gaps around the window frames. Six push piers were installed to stabilize and lift the foundation. 

Foundation settlement can lead to gaps around window frames and also make them inoperable. After installing six push piers, the gap around the window was closed and the window operated correctly.
