Our team received a call from a homeowner in Warner Robins, GA who reported cracks in the drywall and uneven floors. We sent one of our inspectors to evaluate the issue and provide a solution. Upon inspection, our team discovered rotten wood in some areas of the floor joists, causing the sagging and unevenness of the floors. The inspector recommended the installation of treated joists in these areas to provide a solid foundation for the floor.
