These footings sit on a layer of engineered fill to avoid setting them on potentially unstable ground. Next, the PowerBrace Supplemental Beams are installed and adjusted to fit against the joists of the crawlspace, creating supports capable of maintaining the desired height the homeowner wants for their crawlspace. These beams can also be adjusted in the future, should the home begin to settle in unevenly.
