Before Encapsulation & Wood Repairs
This photo shows the state of the crawl space before our team installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and repaired the damaged wood floor. You can see the wooden beams are in poor condition from moisture damage.
Knife Test
In this photo, our inspector performs a knife test on the wood floor to test its structural integrity. The test reveals that the wood is severely damaged due to high moisture levels, highlighting the urgent need for repairs.
During Wood Repair
This photo captures our team in the process of repairing the damaged wood floor in the crawl space. We remove the old, rotten wood and install new treated wood to reinforce the structure and prevent further damage.
After New Floor Installation
This photo shows the new treated wood floor installed in the crawl space. The new floor will provide the necessary support and stability - now protected with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Finished flooring can now be installed over the new subfloor & joists
CleanSpace Encapsulation System Installed
This photo displays the encapsulated crawl space after the installation of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and the repair of the damaged wood floor. The encapsulation system will prevent moisture and water from entering the crawl space that causes damage.
Sump Pump Installed
In this photo, you can see the installed sump pump, which is an essential part of the waterproofing system. The sump pump removes water that seeps into the crawl space and pumps it out of the house, preventing water damage and potential health hazards.
