Perimeter Crawl Space Drainage
A perimeter crawl space drainage system was installed to intake water that seeps into the crawl space and drain it into a sump pump to be pumped out.
Encapsulation Installed

Sump Pump
A SmartSump was installed to remove water that seeps into the crawlspace under the vapor barrier.
SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
The SaniDry Sedona is a dehumidifier designed specifically for the crawl space environment. A regular dehumidifier meant for indoor use can not efficiently handle the intensity of the particles and humid air that are prevalent in the crawl space.
Sealed Vents
The vents that once had humid air continually being pulled into the crawl space are now sealed with Foamax.
Floor Supported
With the SmartJack Support System in place, the floor is now properly supported.
Sealed Crawl Space Door
Just like the rest of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, the new crawl space door installed is designed to seal out moisture.
