General Crawl Space Area
This crawl space has moisture and water, which can cause settlement of crawl space support piers over time or deteriorate them. The wood framing supporting the floor will also weaken over time from exposure to this moisture.
Failing Support
The existing support was failing. The floor was sagging and needed some serious heavy-duty support. SmartJack support posts are the best choice.

SmartJacks and Treated Wood Installed
There was an area where the wood was in such poor condition that the wood would crush if not supplementally supported with new strong treated joists. This allowed the SmartJacks to lift and stabilize the floor while preserving the existing wood integrity.
