Window Gap
The gap seen here is from the chimney pulling away from the home, pulling the wall with it. There is a similar gap on the other side of the chimney at the door.

If you look closely at the right side of the door, there is a large gap from the chimney pulling out.
During Helical Pier Installation
The two piers were driven down to pressure so that they could support the weight of the chimney and push it back to near its original position.
After Installation Complete
The pier holes were backfilled after the installation was complete.
