Concrete supports are unable to be adjusted which means that, as the foundation settles over time, they provide less support to the home above. Here you can see that the concrete support is no longer flush with the ground.

Here our SmartJack support system has been installed. The SmartJack is fully adjustable, which means that it will continue to offer support even if there is further foundation settlement in the future.
