Failing Brick Pier and Bottle Jack
Even with the existing brick piers and supplemental bottle jacks, both still could not bear the weight of the home because the soil underneath them could not bear the weight. The SmartJack System solves this problem.

This is one of the SmartJacks installed. Note the rock under the SmartJack. A hole is dug and filled with gravel where the jack is to be placed to create a "bulb of influence" providing great support to the home.
