Main Beam Is Not Providing Support
The main beam is not supporting the joists. The sublfoor is sagging and the homeowners don't feel comfortable walking in this area of the house.

The water damage to this subfloor was spotted during the inspection from Lowcountry Basement Systems. That area of the subfloor was fixed too.
