Lowcountry Basement Systems installed a SmartJack System to stabilize the sinking crawl space and lift the subfloor. SmartJacks are a custom-cut to length crawl space support columns. Lowcountry Basement Systems installed five SmartJacks to fix Gary’s foundation problem.

There was a 1 inch sag in the living room floor.

Below the floor, the joists needed additional support to hold the weight above.
