Helical Pier System
Lowcountry Basement Systems installed a Helical Pier System to stabilize the foundation of the house and support the leaning chimney. The steel piers were mechanically driven into the soil and bracketed to the foundation's footing.

A SmartJack System was put in place to support the floor joists above. These crawl space piers were cut to size, based on the height of the crawl space.
