Cracking Tile in Bathroom from Sagging Floor

This home in Pooler, GA had a sag in the floor causing the tile to crack in the bathroom. With a free inspection of the crawl space, the main beam was sagging due to poor drainage and sinking support in the crawl space. Our team was able to help support the sagging floor with SmartJacks and installed a layer of drainage matting to help water to drain properly in the crawl space. Drainage matting is generally the first step implemented in a CleanSpace Encapsulation System as well to control moisture and humidity. After the job was complete, the homeowner expressed interest in having the crawl space encapsulated.
