View from Crawl Space Entrance
The crawl space originally had plastic vapor barrier covering the surface of the ground in the crawl space, but the barrier was trapping water under the liner, not allowing it to drain freely, leading to water collecting and pooling, especially during the rainy season. Drainage matting is designed to aid drainage by proving a space for the water to flow.
General Crawl Space Area
Here is a look at the crawl space before having drainage matting installed.
Before Installation
This is the crawl space area where drainage matting and a SaniDry Sedona were installed to aid drainage and help control moisture.
After Installation
This is a crawlspace with drainage matting and a SaniDry Sedona is installed.
Another Angle of the SaniDry Sedona
There is a control panel on the SaniDry Sedona that provides simplified controls for adjusting the settings and knowing when it is time to change the filter
