Old Rotten Crawl Space Door
This crawl space door made of wood is not sealed and can't handle constant exposure to moisture, leading to the bottom of the wood falling apart, letting in water.
Signs of Water Seeping Through the Wall

Levelled Smartjack

Installed Everlast Door
The old rotten wood crawlspace door was replaced with a new sealed Everlast door that prevents water from entering into the space.
Dehumidifier Installed
The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed in the crawl space to monitor and control the humidity levels in the air down to a safe level where mold is dormant and wood moisture is within a reasonable range.
TripleSafe Sump Pump Installed
A TripleSafe Sump Pump was installed to pump water out of the crawl space.
Discharge Line
The sump pump discharge line exits out the wall and extends out and away from the home. The line is buried up until the LawnScape outlet where the water exits the system.
