This home had water intrusion and musty smells in the crawl space. Our team at Lowcountry Foundation Repair decided to install an encapsulation as a solution to the moisture issues. A vapor barrier was placed down to prevent water from seeping into the dirt floor of the crawl space and a dehumidifier and sump pump were installed to regulate the moisture levels.
