Before Encapsulation 1
This is one of the areas of the crawl space before encapsulation. The existing vapor barrier was an ineffective cheap unsealed plastic, not fixing the humidity coming from the air into the crawl space.
After Encapsulation 1
This is the area of the crawl space after being encapsulated. Our heavy-duty, sealed CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System controlled the humidity down to safe levels.
Before Encapsulation 2
This is another area of the crawl space before being encapsulated with CleanSpace. It was NASTY, with wet cardboard, soggy insulation, and high humidity promoting mold growth.
After Encapsulation 2
This is the area of the crawl space after being encapsulated. It is quite a transformation, from NASTY to clean and sealed, protecting from harmful moisture levels.
After Encapsulation 2
The dehumidifier keeps moisture levels at about 55%. This prevents high volumes of humidity in the crawlspace.
