Ineffective Dehumidifier
This dehumidifier was not designed to keep up with the demands of the crawl space humidity levels, causing it to run all the time, increasing the power bill.
Crawl Space Before Encapsulation
Notice the water sitting on top of the plastic vapor barrier at the bottom of the image. Unless a vapor barrier is sealed, water can still make it into the space.
SmartJack Supporting Floor
This is an area where the floor required additional support. Our team installed a SmartJack in this location.
Encapsulated Crawl Space
A full encapsulation completely alleviated the moisture issue in the crawl space. The new dehumidifier was placed in the area visible on the right side of the image.
