Fallen Insulation
Throughout the crawlspace, the sub-floor insulation had dropped piles of soaked insulation. Without moisture control, sub-floor insulation does not work. And if it remains secured to the floor while wet, it accelerates wood rot and mold growth by holding more moisture against the wood.
