Insulation Mess

Unsealed Vapor Barrier
On the ground, notice the clear plastic vapor barrier. The ground is so wet that the dirt is saturated enough to be suctioned to the vapor barrier. Since barriers like these are not sealed completely, the moisture enters the space anyway.
