High Humidity Levels

Lowcountry Basement Systems sent Brian Townsel to Jeffersonville to inspect the crawl space. He suggested that the crawl space be encapsulated. The first ingredient to the encapsulation is CleanSpace, a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels.
SmartDrain
He also suggested a SmartDrain for the crawl space, to evacuate any unwanted water or moisture.
SaniDry Sedona
Lastly, to complete the encapsulation, Brian suggested having a dehumidifier installed. The SaniDry Sedona is a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.
