Torn Vapor Barrier
After the hurricane, this homeowner's previous vapor barrier was damaged and useless. The crawl space had standing water and moisture that needed to be removed.

CleanSpace
Lowcountry Basement Systems sent Brian Townsel to Macon to inspect the crawl space. He suggested that the old vapor barrier be removed and install CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels.

Smart Sump
To go along with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, Brian also suggested he have a sump pump installed to remove the unwanted water and moisture from the crawl space.

SaniDry Sedona
Lastly, the crawl space needed to maintain a relative humidity to prevent microbial growth and condensation so he suggested a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
