Moisture in Crawl Space
This homeowner contacted Lowcountry Basement Systems when he noticed moisture in his crawl space. He called and scheduled a free appointment with an inspector to thoroughly look at the crawl space and give an estimate.

CleanSpace Encapsulation
Lowcountry Basement Systems sent Brian Townsel to Sandersville to inspect the crawl space. He noticed a lot of moisture in the crawl space and suggested that the homeowner have the CleanSpace moisture barrier installed. CleanSpace is a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
Brian also suggested having a SaniDry Sedona installed to keep the crawl space dry and free of humidity. The SaniDry Sedona is a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.

SmartDrain
Lastly, to pump out the unwanted moisture, Brian suggested having a SmartDrain sump pump installed, which evacuates water out of the crawl space and away from the foundation.
