Wet and Nasty Crawl Space
This homeowner was experiencing moisture issues in his crawl space and was interested in a new vapor barrier that would keep his crawl space dry year-round! He contacted Lowcountry Basement Systems for a free estimate from one of our trusted inspectors.

CleanSpace
Our inspector, Dan Friesen, suggested he encapsulate the crawl space using our CleanSpace liner, a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
He also suggested he have a SaniDry Sedona installed, which is a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.

EverLast Crawl Space Door
Lastly, Dan suggested he have his crawl space door sealed off with our EverLast Crawl Space Door. EverLast Crawl Space Door comes in a thick polypropylene plastic so it will not rust or rot.
