Our inspector also suggested that he install our SaniDry Sedona, a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth. Along with the dehumidifier, he suggested a SmartDrain be installed as well. The SmartDrain prevents plumbing leaks from going undetected and filling up the encapsulated crawl space with water.
