Dirty Crawl Space
This homeowner's crawl space was a disaster! He became concerned about his crawl space when he noticed falling insulation and areas desperate for repairs. He contacted Lowcountry Basement Systems and scheduled a free appointment.

CleanSpace Installation
Our inspector, Brian Townsel, suggested he install our CleanSpace 20-mil liner, a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels.

SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
Brian also suggested that the homeowner install a SaniDry Sedona, a dehumidifier that maintains the relative humidity in the crawl space to prevent moisture and microbial growth.

EverLast Crawl Space Door
Lastly, to keep unwanted moisture out of the crawl space an EverLast Crawl Space Door was installed. EverLast Crawl Space Door comes in a thick polypropylene plastic so it will not rust or rot.
