There is visible degradation of the wood supporting the floors from overexposure to moisture. Over time, if not treated, the floors would continue to bend further into a cupped shape.
Supported and Dry Crawlspace in Richmond Hill, GA
SmartJacks were installed to support the main beam in between the concrete piers. The white CleanSpace liner is blocking out water and excess moisture from entering the crawlspace.
