Crawlspace Humidity Measurement
Our inspector, Jason Ussery, measured the humidity inside of the crawlspace, and it indicated a high humidity level.
Wood Moisture Measurement
The wood moisture is also measured. It was high as well.
Encapsulation
The crawlspace was encapsulated, relieving the space of extra moisture from the ground and outside air.
Dehumidifier
A dehumidifier was placed in the crawlspace to monitor and decrease the moisture in the air as needed to keep within a safe level.
