This Savannah, GA home had water pooling up in the crawl space that was not draining out with the sump pump the homeowner had installed. They called Lowcountry Basement Systems and had an inspector come out to see what could be done to allow their pump to work.

In Need of Encapsulation

Our inspector, Brian Hunter looked at what was causing the homeowners sump to not work, and determined that the water was not able to reach the sump. A re-grading and encapsulation was Brian's suggestion, that way the water could flow downhill to the pump and the environment be clean and dry.
