In Need of Encapsulation
Our inspector, Brian Hunter looked at what was causing the homeowners sump to not work, and determined that the water was not able to reach the sump. A re-grading and encapsulation was Brian's suggestion, that way the water could flow downhill to the pump and the environment be clean and dry.
Cluttered Crawlspace
There was a lot of clutter in the space that would be removed as well.
Encapsulation
The crawlspace was transformed into a clean, dry environment and the sump was able to do its job again.

The previous clutter is gone.
